The Eden Prairie Police Department is located at 8080 Mitchell Road on the first floor of the City Center.

During normal business hours (Monday–Friday, 8 a.m.–4:30 p.m.) the Police Department can be accessed through the City Center's main entrance. After hours, the Police Department can be accessed on the east side of the City Center building.

This is the non-emergency main line for the Police Department which is answered 24 hours per day, seven days a week. This line is for general questions or to reach a specific individual. The fax number is 952-949-6203.

Tipline

The Tipline is designed to report suspicious activity while remaining anonymous. This line is checked once a day. Situations requiring immediate assistance should be directed to 911.
