The fastest growing sport in the nation, pickleball is played with a few varied rules on a shortened court with a net that is slightly lower than a tennis net, using a paddle and a small whiffle ball.
Open Indoor Pickleball
Open indoor pickleball is offered for a variety of skill levels, days of week and time of day at the Community Center. Visit edenprairie.org/Gym for the gym schedule.
Pickleball Leagues
Fall indoor pickleball leagues are viewable online starting Oct. 16, with registration open at 10 a.m. Wednesday, Oct. 23.
Outdoor Pickleball Courts
Pickleball attendants wearing green City of Eden Prairie shirts are at the Staring Lake Park and Franlo Park pickleball courts during various peak activity times to facilitate social play and help newer players with rules of the game.
