Before you report an issue, it is important for you to know the City's guidelines for commenting and reporting.

Please use See Click Fix to report:

• Location-based issues such as potholes, graffiti, damaged trails, etc.
• Other non-emergency, non-crime issues

For emergencies, call 911; for non-emergency police-related issues, call 952-949-6200.

• Deal with crime
• Complaints that aren’t location-based (political issues, for example)
• Are offensive, profane, abusive or sexually explicit
• Invade personal privacy
• Promote, foster or perpetuate discrimination
• Advertise or market commercial activity or that link to non-related sites
• Suggest or encourage illegal activity
• Insult or attack specific individuals
