Step out into nature with an Outdoor Center birthday party!

The Outdoor Center is the "natural" place for children to celebrate their birthdays. Each party allows for a 90-minute program led by our naturalist, including a short hike, seasonal activities and meeting one or two of the animals who live at the Outdoor Center. The activities are followed by 30 minutes to you to serve cake and ice cream, open gifts or whatever you might want to do or serve.

Outdoor Center parties are designed for children ages 5–12 with maximum attendance of 12 children and three adults. Because of limited space, we are unable to accommodate additional guests or adults. We ask that your decorations and activities not include candles, confetti, glitter, balloons or a piñata.

Up to 12 children: $159

Party Availability

Saturdays 2–4 p.m. and Sundays 1–3 p.m.

A $25 surcharge is added if the booking family does not live or work in Eden Prairie.
