Swimming Parties

All Ages
Swimming Birthday Parties will enjoy 2 hours of exclusive use of the Recreation pool, slide and a private poolside party space. The party includes up to 20 children and ten adults swimming, spectators are no charge. If children are younger than 8 years old, parents/guardians are required to be in the water at a ratio of 1 adult to 3 children, no exceptions. Food brought in must be prepared in a commercial kitchen or store bought, no homemade food.

Zumba Parties

Ages 6+
This party includes a two-hour celebration that consists of a 45 minutes of Zumba instruction in a private fitness studio and a private celebration room for up to 15 kids and their caregivers.

What is Zumba?
Zumba is an easy to follow fitness dance class inspired by Latin-American salsa, merengue, samba, as well as hip hop and Bollywood.

All Zumba parties are $275 + tax

Prairie Play Zone Parties (play structure)

Ages 5 and Under
Enjoy 2 hours in the Prairie Play Zone and celebrating in a private party space. Includes 15 Prairie Play Zone passes for children.

All Prairie Play Zone parties are $179 + tax

Skating Parties

Ages 5+
Celebrate with 2 hours of skating during Open Skate and celebrating in a private party space. Includes 15 skate passes for children, two for adults and free skate rentals; spectators are no charge.

All skating parties are $179 + tax

Extra Celebration Time

30 minutes may be added to the end of the party room time and must be parent-supervised.

Cost: $20

All food must be prepackaged or prepared in a commercial kitchen. No homemade food is allowed. Please work directly with the caterer/restaurant of choice and disclose to rental coordinator.

Non-Catered Food

Commercially prepared or prepackaged desserts and snacks may be brought into the facility only by user groups who have a room rented or a programmed birthday party. This includes food items such as cakes, cookies, brownies, muffins, chips and pretzels. Food that needs to be kept hot or cold, as well as all homemade food, is not allowed with the exception of ice cream. Please provide a cooler for beverages and ice cream, and refrain from serving red-colored beverages.

Patrons may arrive 15 minutes prior to the birthday party to decorate the party room/space.

You may decorate the party room/space with decorations that are easily removable such as tablecloths, centerpieces, balloons, themed dinnerware and banners that do not require tape or tacks. Please refrain from using items such as confetti, piñatas, glass and tape. Other items you may want to bring to make your child’s day special include plates, napkins, plastic silverware, cups, candles, lighters, matches or party gift bags.
