Adult Open Swim
Users may do any form of aquatic exercise (lap swim, water walking, aqua jogging, etc). Activity should be confined to 1 lane. Users must be respectful of other swimmers.
Open Rec Swim
A time for fun and play in the pool. Diving boards are open and lifeguards are on duty. Formerly called Open Swim.
Hot Tub
During private rentals and swimming lessons, the hot tub is closed.
Sensory-Friendly Open Swim
Offers an experience with reduced environmental stimulation — no music or water features, and lifeguards refrain from using whistles (except in case of emergency).
Tot Time
For families with children ages 5 and younger; may bring other children up to age 7.
Women-Only Open Swim
Time reserved exclusively for women who wish to swim in adherence with their religious customs and personal choice. Pool staffed only by female lifeguards, privacy curtains cover all windows, restricted door and locker room access.
Other Recreation Pool Details
- Adult Open Swim participants must be 18+, unless pre-approved by the Aquatics Supervisor
- Safety breaks occur during Open Rec Swim the last 10 minutes of the hour
- Non-class participants are not allowed in the dive pool during class times
- Private lessons are taught during Adult Open Swim, please be respectful of their space
- Schedules subject to change without prior notice
