The City of Eden Prairie has rental facilities available for every occasion, from intimate meetings to special gatherings.

Senior Center Rentals

Host your business meetings, parties and group outings at the Senior Center, where you can bring your own food and include up to 90 people. Spaces are available to rent on an hourly basis and include a customized setup, A/V and WiFi. Amenities vary per room; click the name of the room below for more information or take a video tour.

Facility rentals are also available at the City Center, Community Center and park facilities.

This smaller space is great for one-on-one meetings and other activities.

Capacity: 1–15

Available Daily: 8 a.m.–10 p.m., excluding holidays

Eden Prairie Non-Profit: $23
Eden Prairie Business or Resident: $30
Non-Resident or Non-Eden Prairie Based Group: $35

Equipment rentals including projector/screen, microphone and Bingo materials are available upon request.

*Fees are per hour and require a 2-hour minimum
