The City of Eden Prairie has rental facilities available for every occasion, from intimate meetings to special gatherings.

Senior Center Rentals

Host your business meetings, parties and group outings at the Senior Center, where you can bring your own food and include up to 90 people. Spaces are available to rent on an hourly basis and include a customized setup, A/V and WiFi. Amenities vary per room; click the name of the room below for more information or take a video tour.

Facility rentals are also available at the City Center, Community Center and park facilities.

The Senior Center Community Room is a versatile space that can accommodate 75 auditorium style, 40 classroom, 40 in a boardroom or horseshoe arrangement, or 75 for dinner style seating. Large windows allow great natural light into the space and provide a lookout to the Senior Center gardens and Pioneer Park. A large parking lot provides easy access. The Community Room is a great space for large gatherings like birthday or dinner parties. Use the Senior Center Kitchen to prepare your next big meal. Includes sink, coffee maker, microwave, stove, large counter tops, refrigerator and freezer. Does not include dishwasher.

Eden Prairie Business or Resident: $57
Non-Resident or Non-Eden Prairie Based Group: $62

Equipment rentals including projector/screen, microphone and Bingo materials are available upon request.

*Fees are per hour and require a 2-hour minimum; two-week advance notice required
