Encourage them to enter the League of Minnesota Cities ‘Mayor for a Day’ Essay Contest so they can share their thoughts on how to make our community a better place!

Prizes

• $100 cash prize
• Essay featured in Minnesota Cities magazine

How to Enter

• Write a 125 to 300-word essay answering the prompt: "What would you do if you were mayor for a day?"
• Submit the essay online, by US Mail [PDF] (145 University Ave. West, St. Paul, MN 55103) or by emailing MayorForADay@lmc.org
• The submission deadline is Friday, Dec. 13

Winners will be notified via email in early January.
